Send your phone for repair by post – how it works

Not near Odense? Send your device by post. Shipping both ways DKK 99 with our label – here is the whole process.

If you do not live near Odense, you can send your phone, iPad, computer or console to REPAIRO by post. The repair costs the same as in the shop.

How it works

  • Book online and choose "Send by post". You see the price before you send anything.
  • Pack the device well and drop it off at a parcel shop.
  • We let you know when the parcel has arrived, and you can follow the case on your status link.
  • We repair and test the device and send it back with tracking once it is paid.

What does shipping cost?

  • With our shipping label: shipping both ways is only DKK 99 – to us and back to a parcel shop or your address.
  • Your own shipping: you pay the shipping to us and the return (from DKK 49 to a parcel shop).
  • Extra insured shipping: DKK 149.

Who is responsible during transport?

Until we have received and registered the device, transport is at your risk. So always use tracking – and choose insured shipping for valuable devices.
