Take the free test
Open repairo.dk/telefontjek on the phone. It guides you through screen, sound, camera, connections, charging port and battery – one thing at a time.

The report shows what works and what does not. For each fault you see what the repair costs with us and can book straight away.

Show the report in the shop
Visit REPAIRO in Rosengårdcentret, or send the phone by post. The report number (TJ-…) shows us your results.

Questions
Is the phone test free?
Yes. The test and the report are free, and you commit to nothing.
Do you store my data?
Sound, video and photos from the test stay on your phone. We only keep the phone model and the results, so you can open your report again. Screenshots you upload to read the model or battery health are read once and not stored. Read more in our privacy policy.
Why can an iPhone not be found automatically?
Apple does not let websites see exactly which iPhone you have. From the screen we can narrow it to a few models, and you pick – or upload a screenshot of Settings › General › About and we read the model.
What can the test not measure?
A website cannot test buttons, Face ID, the proximity sensor, NFC or water resistance by itself. We ask you about those. Battery health is read from a screenshot or your answer.
Is the report a warranty?
No. The test is guidance and shows the phone's state on the test day from the phone's own measurements and your answers. It is not a warranty from REPAIRO.
What do I do if the test finds a fault?
The report shows the repair price for your model, and you can book directly. If the fault is unclear, we suggest a diagnosis so we can find the cause.
